New Superintendent Mr. Jim Reger

    On August 12, 2020, the Ukiah School Board approved a one year contract for Mr. Jim Reger to serve as Superintendent.  Mr. Reger was born and raised in Pilot Rock, Oregon.  After graduating from Pilot Rock High School and attending BMCC and EOU, Mr. Reger taught seventh and eighth grade math, physical education and health for thirteen years while coaching football, cross country, basketball and track. 

    Mr. Reger started his administrative career with the Milton-Freewater School District as a middle school principal, elementary principal, and as superintendent until he retired in 2013.  Since retiring, Mr. Reger has served as Interim Superintendent for the Athena-Weston School District.   

    Mr. Reger recently celebrated his thirty-eighth wedding anniversary with his wife, Laura.  They will continue to reside in Pendleton while working part-time as Superintendent.
