This spring we will begin to provide sexual abuse prevention education for all students in compliance with Erin’s Law (SB 856). This is a state mandated, age-appropriate awareness and prevention education program for students Pre-K-12th grade.
It is estimated that one in four girls and one in six boys are sexually abused by the time they are eighteen. This program is aimed at educating and empowering students with the knowledge and skills they need to reduce their vulnerability.
